Durch den Weiterbildungsblog von Jochen Robes<\/a> bin ich auf einen Eintrag auf Kineo aufmerksam geworden: Eine Sammlung von Antworten auf die Frage \u201cIf there\u2019s one thing I never want to see again in an e-learning module, it\u2019s\u2026\u201d<\/a>. Die Liste der Antworten ist lang und l\u00e4sst mich oft nicken: Ja, richtig, genau so ist es. Andererseits sch\u00fcttle ich auch ab und zu mit dem Kopf und h\u00f6re ich mich „ja, aber…“ sagen. Same goes for graphics (they are meant to act as either a recall aid, simplify a complex process or be a graphical representation of the key concept of text…. not to simply fill the space)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ja, aber<\/strong> ist das ein Grund, alles selbst machen zu m\u00fcssen? Das Web ist doch voll von tollen kreativen User Generated Content. So viel, dass das Weiterleiten davon in Sozialen Netzwerken zum Selbstl\u00e4ufer geworden ist.<\/p>\n

Ja, aber<\/strong> man muss in manchen F\u00e4llen auch die Medienerfahrung der Nutzer ber\u00fccksichtigen. Wenn Kunden sich am Telefon erkl\u00e4ren lassen, wo denn der (eine!) Knopf am iPad zu finden ist, dann brauchen Sie vielleicht auch Hilfe, interaktive Spielereien zu entdecken.<\/p>\n

Ja, aber<\/strong> wird genau das nicht immer wieder gefordert? Kl\u00e4ren Sie Ihre Lerner \u00fcber die Lernziele des Kurses auf, sagen Sie ihnen, was sie erwarten k\u00f6nnen und wof\u00fcr sie das sp\u00e4ter mal brauchen… Wie oft h\u00f6rt man von Studenten „Das brauchen wir doch eh nie wieder“ und die Lernmotivation ist hin. Dass diese Hinweise oft im gleichen Singsang beschrieben werden steht auf einem anderen Blatt, aber meiner Meinung nach darf das deswegen doch nicht vernachl\u00e4ssigt werden.<\/p>\n

Mein Fazit: Solche \u00dcbersichten sind unterhaltsam und bestimmt auch geeignet dazu, seinen \u00c4rger \u00fcber stupide Kurse rauszulassen. Man darf aber auch nicht diejenigen vergessen, denen derartige Kurse nicht immer wieder begegnen, sondern f\u00fcr die das alles neu ist. Aber das hat auch eine\/r der Antwortenden angemerkt:<\/p>\n

Yes, I was as flummoxed and flabberghasted as you are now, lol. But, what that DID teach me was to not assume what people do and don’t know. Die L\u00f6sung liegt wie so oft in der Personalisierung: Man k\u00f6nnte nervende Navigationshinweise f\u00fcr diejenigen weglassen, die auch so damit zurechtkommen. Doch wer hat schon Lust, zuerst einen Fragebogen auszuf\u00fcllen, auf welche dieser Hinweise er gerne verzichtet… ?<\/p>\n

Und wer baut (und bezahlt) die Kurse… ?<\/p>\n
